DESCRIPTION

This is Conveyorised furnace/oven comes with an option of electrically, gas fired or dual fried. In electrical operated furnace/oven heating elements are provided at side of heating chamber using suitable 'T' type refractories and in case of gas fired, heating chamber is provided of suitable material in which gas burner firing takes place. Air circulation arrangement provided on the top of all the heating chamber take care of uniform heating inside the chamber. Control panel is provided at the top of the furnace or oven with PID controller. conveyor belt with suitable material to resist temperature for long time operation. Conveyor speed regulation can be possible with variable ac drives as per customers process requirement. Rufferised roller are provided for proper pensioning of the belt due to expansion. suitable insulation is provided to keep the body temperature below permissible limits.
